How to verify domain in Yandex Webmaster tools

If you have a website and wish to register it with Yandex webmaster Tools, please fill out the form below. To connect your site to Yandex Webmaster Tools, you must first create a Yandex webmaster account. As part of the proof that you are a real person, they require a phone number. You can connect your website to Yandex Webmaster Tools and track how Yandex crawls your site using Yoast SEO.

Go to Yandex Webmaster Tools

Login, if needed.

Click the plus sign button to add your website.

Type your website’s URL in the box.

Click the yellow 'Add' button continue.

Copy the verification code.

You will want to use the meta tag under the first tab. Only the code that is in the apostrophes after content the markup, as per the image below.

Log in to your WordPress website.

When you're logged in, you will be in your 'Dashboard'.

Click on 'SEO'.

On the left-hand side, will see a menu. In that menu, click on 'SEO'.

Click on 'General'.

The 'SEO' settings will expand providing you additional options. Click on 'General'.

Click on the 'Webmaster Tools' tab

Paste the code under 'Yandex Webmaster Tools'.

Click ' Save Changes'.

Switch back to Yandex Webmaster Tools and click 'Check'.

Congratulations! your website to Yandex Webmaster Tools. Now you can use the dashboard tools to submit your sitemap and robots.txt files.
